Nice Idea Stuart,started me off again.Got a spare set from Andy Z arrived today.Spent this afternoon stripping and polishing.Tried NITROMORES to remove black paint finish,would'nt touch it.Got the paint off with the wire wheel jobbie on me grinder plus used me Dremel for the hard to get at bits.Then swopped wheels for final polishing.As there made of mild steel.Will drop em into the Chromer's in the morning,I was there yesterday to pic up the front strut-brace I had them chrome,well chuffed with that.My plenum is to be swopped soon for a pollished one when they fit the 555 injectors and bigger intercoolers plus alter the chip.Thats it then as regards the engine bay.Cant thing of anything more to glitz up.Unless some body has any more ideas............Vinz

I had an RX7 for many years,brilliant car,it could rev to infinity.But I must admit it was the fastest thing between two petrol stations.Did you know that at the Bonniville Salt Flats they managed to get one to do 246 MPH,now that is quick!

When I was in the forces we decided to get revenge on a guy who used to keep us all awake in the Billit.Tiny who was hung like a horse stood over him one night as the bloke was snooring his head off with mouth wide open.When Tiny got a humungus errection on standing over the Guy we dripped melted butter into his mouth,you have never seen a bloke throw up so much in your life.

Cheerz for the advice M8,but not to clear at the mo.Is the hole between the ECU and Glove box looking from inside from pass side after removing the board.Left,right,centre?Is it being used by anything?Where dose it come out in engine bay?

Where is the best place to drill a hole through the fire-wall passenger side? I need to run two pipes and two wires into the engine bay. Got stuff through the bonnet release hole already.Need to drill a hole about 3/4"

"A BOB" used to be worth 12 old pence when there were 240 old pence to one pound.I used to pay a shilling (same as a Bob) for a pint of beer.So as there were twenty shillings (Bobs) to the pound.You could buy twenty pints for a Quid (£1) Or in dicimal 5p a pint.Them were the days when you could get plastered on 1/2 a nicker or ten bob..............Hovis (Brown Bread) cost four pence three farthings,but thats another story! Glad you like the gear knob,I supplied the original pattern and fitting of the prototype so I was given the first one from my freind Martyn at Nomad Racing.co.uk before they went on the market.Not turned out to shabby has it.Nobody has ever produced a specific gear knob for a 300ZX as I know to,till now.Should sell well and I'm right chuffed with it. .......Vinz!
