  14. personally..............NO ;) like you said, it's not a Nova!
  15. As title suggests...........I may be moving to a different office with work in the near future, and I wouldn't want to be drivin the TT 50miles a day :nelson: just for the sake of the cost of fuel, insurance and that I don't want to run up ridiculously high miles in it so, i'm thinkin it would probably be better to buy a nice N/A (prob under a grand :hyper: ) and use that. Good idea or bad? anyone else doin it?
  16. ^^^^^ very fair point ^^^^^
  17. ebay wheels :hyper: :hyper: they were from a skyline..........10x19 i'd put these on mine quicker than a quick thing..............(if i had the money!)
  18. whats best? a front mount, like the ones on ebay for around 300 quid like this or Aluminium side mounts for the same money, like these? if it was your money what would you go for?
  19. corrolla ae86 gt rear drive coupe  seen one in the Yellow/blue paper for 1 grand or nearest offer about 4 months ago, 80k miles fsh, small patches of rust on arches.........sounded too good to be true, phoned the guy who told me he sold it the previous day, the day before the paper went on sale for 800 quid!!!!!! :slap: :slap: . He thought it was too a guy working at the paper.............. i then told him of the price they were selling at currently because i was pissed off  that i couldn't buy it! the guy probably cries himself to sleep at night when he thinks that he sold a car worth at least 4-5k for 800quid
  20. i wanted one since i was a wee boy  ...........got my twin turbo just after christmas this year, i'm now 25!!!! it's just dawned on me while reading this post that i've wasted 8 years of my motoring life!!!!!! :slap: i love my zed more than any other car i've owned including an MR2 turbo, scooby, 200sx and an evo! I've spoken to lots of people that have driven/drive a zed and everyone's response is the same
  21. cheers chris so it's cool to just chop them off and forget about them...........now thats the kind of job i like doin
  22. my car is getting de-catted next weekend and i don't have the time just now to remove the AIV's,,,,,, can my mechanic just disconnect the two pipes going into the exhaust-cats and leave them hanging until i get round to removing them? or do they need blocked off?
  23. so will the car run o.k.? as my car's a 1990 (can remove cats) does the emission test mean as much?
