Take the wheel off and all should become apparent

Right with the handbrake off, jack the back end up and pull the wheels off. You will see a rubber bung in the drum between the wheel studs, take this out and look into the drum with a small torch (the bung should be positioned at about 6 oclock) you will see a small adjusting cog, with a screwdriver adjust this until you can't turn the drum anymore and then back it off until the drum turns without binding on the shoes. The less you back the adjuster off the better the handbrake will be. Good luck.

Well I was going to make some MDF mounts up and try to get the job done that way, but I saw these so all the effort should be gone. I haven't got the speakers yet but I will post up some pics when its done.
