going to get new number plate on the front, as mine is all creamy lol, want a new fresh white one.

removed the standard one, and its on sort of a 'thing"

like a bracket that goes in between the number plate and the bracket.

how do i remove this? as i want the new number plate smaller than the bracket?

does it just pull/snap off? cant see any screws? unless the bumper has to come off to get at it

You won't need to remove the bumper. It's bolted in from the front. I removed mine and I think the bolts holding it in are under the brackets either side. The bolts are facing up I think, so you'll need to get in there with a flat spanner. It's been ages since I removed it, but pretty sure that's the way.

Watching this as i cant see how to remove it on mine without taking bumper off

ive just been out to try this,

the only way i can see how to remove it is by pulling it down as hard as you can to snap the 2 bracket things its on.

cant see how you can get a spanner anywhere, nor cant see any bolts to undo.

hurt my fingers bendig it down!

Ya thats right, but if there is metal screws/bolts running through it, it wont help, i think bumper has to come off mate, as you can't get in behind as there's a metal plate or something in front of it.

It will leave 3 holes with bolts sticking out if you take the holder off. You'll have to remove the bumper to take off the bolts / bracket then patch up the holes, not really worth it!!! Bloody UK cars, lol
