ambient sensor , if it pluged in to the front bumper then ive given it away because i fitted an aftermarket front bumper.rubish.dose this mean its going to upset something on the car, ie the heater or something?

thats really funny then because just before i stared to unplug the engine i tested the aircone and like you said it didnt work i didnt know about that then because i had fitted a aftermarket front bumper so i ripped out the air cone oops.

will it affect anything else.?

I believe the heater will also be affected. The climate control computer will think that the car is permanently driving in the Antarctic (-86 degrees Celcius) and run the defroster and heater accordingly.

ok in that case ill be looking for a Ambient sensor then to put things write cheers that clears that up then.
