Does anyone have a link or knows the procedure for recirc valve cleaning? Going to be removing the AIV system over the winter and want to clean up the re-circ valves too.

Dump valves need NOT apply. I'd rather remove my turbos all together than fit those.

How old are they?

PS, I'm not 100% sure mine need cleaning. I'm getting some funny noises coming from the engine, not quite goose honk, but sounds like something 'breath' related. When I accelerate gently and change gear, I get no noise, when I start using boost, I get a sort of noise that I can't really describe. When I am in gear too coasting I get a strange noise too. Not sure if the whole lot is related to the recirc and AIV system.

 

Neither noise is loud, but I notice it.
