yes you can just change the ball joint, any garage with a press should only charge around 20-30 quid to do it

Cheers buddy. Get those ordered later. I will fit them myself. i never pay anyone to do anything because im a tight arse :rofl:

fitting yourself is virtually impossible mate, you need like 2-3 tons of pressure minimum :smash:

Although it can be done with a good bench vice, some big sockets and an extension bar, but i wouldnt recommend that

isnt it the same price to get a new wishbone?

the wishbobne has to come off to to this, and the new wishbone would come with the new joint.

or am i mixing this up with changing the bushes? :slap:

:rofl:its not the rears, its the fronts i think he means, and its not a wishbone, its a lower arm :D

and last time i priced a new lower arm and wishbone it was 175 plus vat ( diff car though, 200sx)

so i think this may work as cheaper

Did you manage this yourself then ?

Not bothered to do it yet lisa. If you have a good vice a lump hammer and some heat im sure it would pop :)

Just put plenty of grease on. They should pull into place when you tighten them up on the hub housing
