As title suggests i would just like to know what side skirts are on thie car in the link. I know if you read what the author of the pic has written he is claiming to have designed them with his/her brother, however they also claim to have created the front and back bumper both of wich seem quite farmilliar.

anyhoo all help appreciated and full credit for the condition of following motor!

Arrrrr, the Twin Z of Peru! He's designed and built all of his bodykit. They are a spin-off of the Kaminari skirts. Whilst I don't like the front one bit, the back and sides look really good.

nice one si. how dose the back differ form a standard jap one? and the front from a cobra bumper form zcentre. am i missing any other subtle touches?

i think it is quite subtle. like the smooth lines:)

The rear bumper is much deeper than the stock one. Looks similar but isn't which is why I like it.

The 'Cobra' bumper was an alleged copy that someone made of his bumper which Zcentre then started selling. He had no licence or patent agreement on it, so just had to sit back and watch. There's a thread about it on here somewhere.

by deeper do you mean that it takes up more space between the bottom of the brake/indicator light pannels and the ground.

as for the front, poor bugger, agree that its not my cup of tea, but he has some tallent.

cheers

No, the depth between the ident or swage line is deeper. You can see by the lack of room between the base of the bumper and the exhaust.

I was led to believe they are kaminari skirts, unaltered.

Im sure there was a blue one like that too that the same guys had before it looks good in my opinion. I feel sorry for them getting their work copied just seems low to me but thats life I guess, shame. Great car though. They have obviously put a lot of time into it.

AFAIK, they are modified. They are built up at the top to cover the swage line.

mines meant to have a kaminari kit on it!

Whoever told you that is telling porkies. You rear numper might be a Kaminari item, but I can't see enough of it to say whether it's the WW or Kaminari. Kaminari rear looks a lot nicer than the WW rear. Your front bumper, skirts, nose panel and rear spoiler are not Kaminari.

ok they bloody japs have just put a kaminari badge on the back then to impress!:(

dan.

Probably. Kaminari are an American company anyway! LOL

Like I said, your rear bumper 'could' be Kaminari. Have you any more pics of the rear of yours?
