Hi 300 masters,i was talking to a few mates of mine who have scoobys and type r and evo, and thay were talking about high cam kits,and wot a improvement it made to there car performance,and not being a that clued up on enhancements on engines, i was wondering if this would be a good option for me to look into.

So my ? is, is this a good idea,would it make a big diffrents,were would i look for a high cam kit,how much would it coast,i have a funny filling it sounds like a big job,are there diffrent types of kits,would i need to change anything els,any info on this would be much appreciated.

MY car is a 1992 n/a import.:confused:

for your car TBH the gains will be not very cost efficient, you will need twice as many cams as them for a start :rofl:

I dont know what cam kits are out there for your car, but im guessing it will be around 1k for a complete cam kit, plus fitting on top of that, for that kinda money, get a TT engine and convert to the dark side :D

if your an NA machine, getting different cams isnt really guna turn your machine into a beast.

you can cam the turbo engine also, but as before its expensive.
