ive nearly done all i want to my car, performance wise.

 

(apexi filter, chiped ECU, decats, full exhaust, boost jets @ 15PSI)

 

im estimating the car to be 340 BHP

 

 

most ive ever done in it was about 150mph, and i wasnt really trying.

 

im want to see how fast i can go, as 150 is the fastest ive ever gone in a car.

 

im aiming for 170 mph, asuming this is a realistic figure?

 

however i dont want to be pushing the car so hard it blows up! engine or turbos!

 

ive just done an oil change, and the car seems to be running ok at the moment.

 

what have you all managed top end from your cars? anything bad happen?

I believe the copper was doing 40mph.

 

He seen me flying up in his mirror so the crafty git used his hand brake (no brake lights) to slow down. I seen him in time and well, wrecked my engine!:hurl::hurl:

Nope, never crashed. I slowed down enough to pass him at 50mph.

 

In the end, it turned out that i had blown piston rings and land failure! Live and Learn eh! :nelson:

Have done 149 on the sat nav. Was about 165 on the clock. Too scared to look down at the clocks for long though.

 

That was pretty much all it had but I do have a large wing on the back. Could have probably squuezed a bit more out but ran out of road.

Yep, speedo's (on all cars, not just Z's) tend to be 5-10 percent out....so as the speed increases the less accurate they become.
