So what next as doctor who is retiring i cant relay on him for BHP.

I want about 500BHp money no object.

Help of you zed experts please.

injectors,remap/chip to suit injectors,bigger turbo's, better intercoolers and if you want it all to stay reliable an engine rebuild with uprated pistons,conrods,headgaskets etc probably need to upgrade clutch as well if you got one.other bits you might need depending on condition of originals,fuel pump, fuel regulator, ignition coils, engine wiring harness probably missed something in there but im sure someone will let you know.

I would suggest you look at peoples ride sections to get a comprehensive list of bits. There's a few on here but i have to say if your going for that much power i would think you definately need a full rebuilt with uprated iternals etc

you been drinking lol, money aint the prob with tuning these cars to 500bhp, its knowledge that you need, any fool can chuck money at a car, but its not a fools game, you have to have cash up front for that type of figure

 

i ca tell you on paper what ya need for 500bhp, but to actuaqlly know what it really needs is a proffesionals game, someone like nend, mac1, phil (guy who built birds engine), kirbz, legrath, there are more

And its not just the power mods you will have to do, Gearbox, brakes, handling cooling and the list will go on.

500 @ flywheel or at Rear wheels ? Need to clarify as they are quite different goals.

I would spend some cash on your brakes first. No good going fast if you aint gonna stop! Then as the guys say above. See my spec its one the dyno getting mapped this week should be close to 500.

I would suggest that if he gets it to 500 bhp........stop drinking, it will be a handfull and always need a clear head to drive.

Stick a V8 in there with some Twin Turbos :) Should do the trick XD

then just the suporting mods;

 

500cc injectors,

chip to provide the exrtra fuel,

intercooler,

 

as 500BHP is quite large probably kill the engine internals pritty quick, so rebuild with something tough!
