I was just going to put a post up asking if you finally saw any snow :D

 

LOL you wait till the snow gets in your gloves by your wrists and it puts you in agony, then it's not so fun :p

I missioned it into work today in the hope that noone else would actually turn up and that me and a mate could go out and play in the snow....but it badly backfired and enough people have showed up to mean I have to sit around doing nothing wishing I was outside!

 

I REALLY want to go play in the snow! Feel like a kid again!

woke up to a fair bit of snow and just had another lot fall now:)

Been snowing around here since early yesterday afternoon! I got to work, eventually, this morning, but don't klnow if I'll get home though :D

Loads of main roads were not gritted round here last night! What the hell were they thinking? It's not like we didn't expect it!

It is unbelievable that even with about a week's notice the authorities were so unprepared ! Even the slightest covering of snow brings the entire country to a stand-still. Every other country in the world seem to cope with it - so why can't we ?

It's settling pretty well here, I've got a meeting after work so god knows what it'll be like to get back to the cottage. I have a few hundred yards of private driveway to get to my house :(

 

i was the only one to get to were i work today in London. There was 16cms of snow on the forcourt at 8.00am so i left a 12.15pm and went home

Well...I got into work for 10 and was told to go home by 2. As no one wanted to play with me in the snow I decided to have a wander around my work with my camera and took these....

i have put my rex in the garage no point in driving it in this weather. the traction control cuts in all the time and you dont go know where when you switch it off the back is just spinning. so got my old 1991 micra out. cuts through the snow real good.
