Hi

two short questions

would there be any problem using NGK PFR6B -11C ( colder type I believe) on a stock TT Z ?

and

Does anyone know which wire that leads into the back of the instrument cluster is for the engine temp sensor, or failing that which wire the ecu temp sensor is ?

Now I´m completely confussed . reading through all the threads concerning spark plugs there´s some contradicting info ......which plug is for a stock TT ..the PFR6B-11C or the PFR6B-11B ???

Quite intrested in find out myself what spark plugs should be used for the TT, have a1993 jap import and i am putting it in for a service just want to ensure its the right plugs i get the guy to order.

PRF6B-11C : TT stock - no modifications

PRF6B-11B: TT with modifications

There is no harm in running the -11B variant on a stock TT. This plug type has a slightly longer shroud which helps to prevent detonation at high engine loads.

If anyone is interested, I've got one last set of -11B's left in stock @ £55.00. More are on order but these are very difficult to get in the UK.
