Well it's been raining and the ground may still be damp tonight Si so you may get the car a little dirty driving to gordano. Can you live with that?

The only thing I don't like about the all-jap-makes type meets is the fact that it feels like they all kinda chirp up when they hear a Z32, but as soon as they realise, there always seems to be a look on their face as if to say 'oh, it's only a 300zx'. lol

Your going to spend £100/£190 on tax JUST to drive it to a Tatsu meet, then park it up for rest of the winter again ?

Thats dedication LOL Although its dedication to Tatsu rather than 300zx.co.uk :slap: :p

Yeah but i always laugh at the fact that the public always "look" at the ZEDs but largley ignore the common cars 'liners, evos, scoobys etc

Well no, I have a few bits of bodywork to do over the winter and need the car to be mobile. Wanting to get my roof bars painted gloss black etc.

Also, I might go to the Taunton meet.

I do use my Z in the winter, but that's on a day when it's NOT been raining and I know there's no salt on the ground. So, I never take it out on a frosty/icy day either as there's that horrible corrosive salt film all over the road.

I dunno, people still go and spend ages looking at the Skylines/Supras and Evos. It always feels like the Z is on its own at those meets.

The zed is largely overlooked by other Enthusiasts. Lots of false presumptions..etc

oh well, each to their own and all that.

What happened? You seemed quite happy when you turned up at Gordano. Good to meet you by the way. The Tatsu lot are a nice friendly bunch.

Yeah good to meet you aswell si and gez

well when we all left in a big convoy it soon felt as though everyone thought it was a big race or something, and stopping and starting at lights roundabouts etc a few people got split up and i didnt know the way as i doubt a few others did, but nobody seemed to try and wait up for those caught in traffic!

eventually i noticed i was behind only 2 and the two chaps i was following pulled over to turn around so i held back to give them room to do a 3 point turn (small country lane) assuming they would wait for me to do the same, instead they raced off! i didnt know what direction they went so headed home! sorry about the long rant
