Simon, there could be something wrong with the wheel that comes loose everytime.

Have it checked by a tyre/wheel-specialist (not kwik-shit).

About your idle..sometimes cleaning the TB's helps very well, but don't forget to reset the ECU afterwards.

At first you idle will be higher then normal, but after a few days it will drop.

You can use carb-cleaner...works like a charm.

Watch out you don't get that stuff in your eyes though (I got a tiny little drop in my eye once..very painful !)

If it doesn't solve your idle problem, check the FAQ-section on twinturbo.net, there's an article about things to check when you have erratic idle.

Hi Simon,

Cleaning the throttle bodies should help - I did mine the other day and it idles nicely now. Mines done 80k and the throttle bodies were really 'cacked up'. Like Eric said, don't forget to reset the ecu afterwards (disconnect the negative supply from the battery for about 30 minutes).

Hope this helps,

Andy
