Good find that mate, it's worth peeps adding this guy to their favourites as these are becoming so hard to get now. Shame he doesn't do the most inner one which is 200 quid + from Nissan, but it's a good start ;)

But the MR2's arche's are made in 0.8 GALVENISED STEEL :( Why arent ours??

Yep, that`s the fella i used for the group buy, top quality panels, easy to do business with.Highly recommended!

buy them of me and you to can have wheel arches made in 0.8mm steel aswell, only thing is it's zintec not galv

Is that good or bad? [pardon my ignorance]

Its what repair panels should be made of. Its a light rustproof coat that can be rubbed off on the edge to allow splatter free welding. Proper Zinc galvanized steel wont weld.

It does Pete , but to make it easier you just have to sand the zinc off on the areas your welding first .HTH

would like to have a look at one of the most inner sill parts to see whats involved,as for inner arches i dont know till i speak with the father in law as he's the one with the talent but unfortunatly arthritis in his wrists aswell which makes tooling for wheel arches quite difficult, but anyone have a most inner sill i could use for a pattern.

thanks in advance,steve
