It won't go away!

I'm not doing anything mega to the Z either as I've done pretty much everything 'big' that I want to for the time being, just odds and sods here and there. I thought I could give it a break but I can't.

Replaced all the tyres today not just because they needed to, but because I wanted to go a little wider and Jesus H Christ, it made a difference. Stance is near as how I want it as possible. But wait; I want to buy a boost controller in a few weeks time, I'm picking up some new O2 sensors from Mario tomorrow, then there's a new 4 channel amp I want to get, new chip from either JD or AP, the car's going to the bodyshop before the end of the year to get the roof bars painted gloss black. Along with that (even though they still look very good) I want new targa trims, window trims etc.

I had it SORN today because I can't be bothered to re-tax it. I'd rather tinker about with it in the garage for a bit!

I thought I'd stop spending after the interior. Apparently not. :(

Those are old photos. Few small blemishes on it now, but not a lot. I fitted nice new fog-light lenses since too. So looks nice and fresh.

15,000 posts and counting...........:nelson:

Oooooooh, steady Si, that was one of your...........pet hates.;)

Your kidding me, the moustache is on of the best bumper mods you can do i think it looks the *****x. It hides that horrible opening the bumper has.

Mods? Its there as standard. Spraying it bodycolour so its gone would be the mod.

Used to hate the Dark strip, and had them sprayed on previous Zed's. Dont mind them now, but Im not a stock bumper fan, dates the car quite badly imo, much prefer 99spec front, really modernises the car.

I mean a nice metallic gloss black with tinted fogs and indicators, none of this grey or faded black stuff. Yeah i agree the 99 spec is the way forward but ££££ unless i can find one already sprayed.

Im going for the stillen front lip at some point as well.

I also have a spending bug 24/7

Just bought all new bushes and everything adjustable for the suspension :smash:

ooo the ARB setup is a whole new kettle of fish.... do some research on them first.

Rear movement is prob the hicas joints. But all those bushings will defo tighten everything up.

If you do go down the ARB route, then I would recomend the Stillens over the Whitelines. For same price you get the Rear droplinks and bushes and they are adjustble front and rear unlike the whitelines. Plus the whitelines can be very hard to get hold of in this country...I waited 2 months for mine....whereas the last set of Stillens I ordered took 3 days,
