my passenger wheel is moving to the back of the arch whilst breaking and going over speed bumps, im assuming it could be some bush or bottom arm of some sort, would anuyone like to elaborate please

this happened to mine! and it was 2 bolts that were lose, i think it was on the suspension, it was my drivers side one when i 1st purchased my car

Could be worn bearing mate or bushes. Time to get mucky.

It could your tension rod bush mullared, you know those 'orrible liquidy filled things right in the front.

Mine did it and it was the tension rod bushes. Got a a squeeky clunk noise over speed bumps too

seems likely as ive been getting that noise aswell, cheers people

just looked at this, not sure if you have solved it, but have a close look at where the tension rod bolts to the lower arm, it difficult to see properly. My problem was id brake then when i took my foot of youd get the clunk. Now mine truned out to be extreme cracking of the lower arm where the TR bolts go through, when i took the tension rod of the arm was actually fractured and raised up around the holes, so in effect it was the tension rod holding it together. just a though
