There are seam lines, Pete - not having seen another SWB close to, I am suspicious. Hopefully it's due to the manufacturing of the shortened body.

They are on all Zs. It's part of the manufacturing process when joining rear 1/4 and outter sill together. Any that you have seen without them are ones that have had filler splodged into them. The LWBs have them too.

yes there are approx 2-3 inches before the door comes back up from the sill at the back. i would say normal

Thought that may have been why you were asking. :) There's been similar posts before from concerned owners. Yep, as mentioned perfectly normal for SWB and LWB.
