What resistor is needed to do the bypass???

 

I know its a 1 ohm but 3w or 5w????

Not 1ohm, its 1 Megohm (1,000,000 ohm) , also displayed as 1MOhm.

 

1/2 watt is what the ones I use have written on them.

I got one off Brian but it dosnt seem to work?? when i put it in it is always in safety mode :(

did you put it in the ecu end and not the sensor end Dave?? it needs to go to the ecu mate

If resistor does not work then its likely a fault with the loom between connector and ECU.

Ive just picked up 5 of these from a local electronics place for 50p......

No idea if it works as resetting ecu at the mo, if it does, i will send you one FOC.
