Car seems to be running fine with the exceptin of between 1.5-2.5k revs where it seems lumpy and the car judders evry so often as it missfires. it is at it's worst just over 2k wich, anoyingly, is cruising speed in overdrive.

Not 100% sure to be honist with you. It has probably been doing it since i got it 'fixed' ( i was just assuming it was bumpy roads but i had it stationary at 2k ish and it started to judder so i explored a bit and found the current problem). The previous problem was that the c.a.s plug was loose.

I was going to say, firstly check for loose connections, coil packs, ptu, temp sender and check the maf connector, also check the maf for any water, aspecially with an aftermarket cone filter, with really bad rain, water getting into the maf can cause the symptons you have described along with a number of other things lol.

Many thanks for the sound advice however i have alreaddy checked these to no avail and i still have the standard filter get up. I'll give all the connections another, more thourough, clean and see what happens.
