kind of hard to describe the problem but here goes

around the doors it seems fine, 1st gear pull as it should but as soon as it goes up the gears it looses acceleration, boost gauge reads full etc...

also on the motorway once upto speed and the car is hitting 3500rpm if i back off the throttle the car returns near enough to idle. Then when i accelerate again it builds the revs back up to 3500 rpm before the car will accelerate again. i've had auto cars before and none have done this but they were yanks or jags

is it fubar lol

that was the plan for this saturday, doing a complete fluid change. engine, diff, box, rad etc..

if that dosnst work looks like its a new box then?

well is possible a replacement box is on the cards...but you never know it might be ok

so you know you can get the transmission fix fluid mail order from dukeries engineering 01909 477955 if it helps

cheers bud i'll keep that in mind

I.m still waiting for a reply from jerremy Mark. :D

sounds like your t/c is not locking up..if its a jap they lock up around 80 kmh and sounds like you have another gear, this then puts the motor into direct drive with the gearbox and you should have engine braking when you let off the gas...hth;)
