I got my Ecu back from andy p today, cleaned up the engine temp sender and relocated some wires and my engine check light is now gone and the fan is off, FINALLY!
I took it for a spin and all was a bit spluttery untill it all got worked back into shape.
I did an oil change and all was well.
Took it for a 20min drive and all was perfect!
Went inside for a couple of hours and ha hoe, go back to my car to nip to tesco and guess what...
Try to start her up and the alarm starts going hay-wire, immobilises the car and starts making clicky noises!
Ive replaced the battery and retuned it and its still going all haywire, I GIVE UP!
its a laserline 290i2/291 (with the fob) any advise?
