What items would you reccomend replacing whilst the engine is out, I will be replacing the wiring loom, what else is cheap but worth changing?

when mine was out i did egr bypass and plenum water bypass....i'd fit new det sensor....rear main seal...for sure....if possible upgrade the turbo oil and water lines fit new gaskets to the tubs etc

Im having the egr bypassed and the plennum water bypassed and replacing the loom. God I wish I was minted, i'd spend thousands on her, have already but will be woth it, hopefully.

Change your steering rack mounting bushes, they are nylon looking thingeys which fit inside the rack mounting brackets. They usually go soft and allow the rack to move about and can only be changed by either dropping the crossmember, or taking the engine out. they are also very cheap to buy.
