Glad to see the board is still up and running! I've been away from it for a couple of years, but still recognise the names of some of the main players. I first joined when it was free, and was a real free-for-all RIOT. Calmed down a bit since then by the look of it.

 

I've got a lot to catch up on, but I'm looking forward to ROFLMGDFAO in doing so. :rofl:

I've still got the same old silver Z, and it's still in the garden!:x: I do start it up every now and then. Can't belive the petrol in it still goes bang after all these years! Good old Shell Optimax :bow:

 

I used to be addicted to this place, but when I changed jobs the new company's IT Policy blocked access to the forum. :xxx:

 

My interest in the Z has kind of been re-energised (my girlfriend nagging me - do something with it, either finish it or sell it, but get it out of the garden!) So I'm a bit undecided - sell it for a pittance as it is not road worthy at the moment, or finish it off. Thing is, what is left to do is a PITA!

 

Oh well, we'll see.....at least I've made a start by re-joining and having access to the vast depth of knowledge (and opinion) of this forum now.:dance:

Have you been gone for that long Nick. Well just shows time flys. Good to see you back though your right about the taming of the place. Far more cordial than the old days of real and mock arguments that used to amused me for hours. Its all move to the other site I think now, but I miss the likes of TimmyTurbo, AdamR, Tattooman, Eggy, Zevens, Hermanmonster, Baggings to name a few and even Ian Mac doen't turn up much and is now. Far too respectable and no longer the riotous arsenist of yesteryear. Well you old fart I must retire to my coco and slippers and maybe catch up with you for a nice polite conversation some time. Or you could just be your old argumentive and poinient self :rofl::rofl:
