I need to test a few good known parts ie maf, ptu, idle valve to isolate my running problem. Hoping its not the o2 sensors.

Cars running a tad rich on idle and very lump when pulling off, wants to cut out, oh i also noticed it cuts out while driving if you hold in the clutch and idles irratic.

So help would be apprieceiated and all time&costs covered.

Maybe i could lend a hand with installing a mod you have bought or with a problem your car has, just a thought.

I would take the car back to scott but its too far away and dont fancy having it driven there in its current state, freshly rebuilt and all.

Just to clarify I mean the seals on the rail not seating properly and leaking fuel.

With regard to that one injector I would be unhappy using that on my car!

Seals are new.

Im only running stock boost so i wouldnt of thought it would matter? dont think il be getting any where close to using their full potential. Would it make a difference at lower duty?

The injectors are will have the same dose rate so depending on how the rest flow one will be flowing lean, irrelevant of the duty cycle.

ooo thats not good, i didnt think it worked that way. I think that weak injector has been fitted at the cooler end of the engine, hopefully it can be changed without removing plenum so i can change it further on down the line.

Damn why didnt i just change it, never mind.

Looiks like i got some MORE work cut out for me. :(

Just to make sure we are singing the same song, the cooler end of the engine are cylinders no 1 and 2.

;)

Thats where he fitted the injector, and iirc its easier to remove/replace one there....?

They are, but if you have had the turbo water bypass done it should be very easy to remove the plenum?
