Front suspension

Can anyone tell me if the Z32 & R32 front suspension are the same?

 

I'm looking around at adjustable suspension arms for my project & some places list some of the front suspension arms for the Z32 & R32 as the same but others list then as different. Everyone list the camber arms as the same.
