Just fitted them to my car:dance:, took a bit longer than it should off as the connecting pipes were both for the left side(Passenger)

I was just wondering if they are set up right, I thought that they only worked when you change gear, but they seem to do if i just take my foot off the gas at high rev's. Also when should they kick in, I dont wanna damage any thing.

Is there any way of safely making them louder, like pluging one of the holes?

Blow off valves work when you lift off the gas as long as theres boost pressure there, the sound is the pressure being vented to atmosphere, the smaller the hole the louder the noise.

Turn the red ring on the BOV's to the smallest hole setting :)

Done that, just wanted to know what would happen if I also plugged one of the holes

i would imagine something would fook up - if the boost cant escape to atmosphere, and there's no recirc, then you'll get compressor surge as it goes back through the turbo on that side. surely they're loud enough for you - i have apexis too and theyre just the right noise. what boost are you running, as obviously the more boost the louder the sound.

If you plug the hole the pressure might blow the plug out lol.

I have these and dont think they are that loud to be honest but they are sticking out of the front bumper where the re-circs were
