rattle, sounds pretty bad

i have developed a rattle that come from behind the timing belt cover at very low revs as in 1000rpm, the car is running spot on but its concerning me cos the cambelt has just been done, i cant really say its been fit wrong cos duffman done it so it must be right, does anyone have any thoughts.

    just had a p.m from duff man, he said it sounds like a faulty tensioner but he's gonna ring me so i'll keep you all updated
