Hey all

I have decided that my exhasut is too loud. I would like something that is raw and loud when you cane it but at normal cruising / driving speeds is not.

Any ideas? Ive got Jasma? boxes and decats.

Put the cats back on? go for a different set up?

What do you reckon?

You could try having some resonator boxes fitted in place of where the cats would be - however you can't have the best of both worlds and everything has its trade offs :)

thanks mate.

I'll try and pop into the SE dyno day and have a listen to a few I think

I have a set of cat sections (poss racing cats?) on my Mongoose cat back at the moment that i want to swap back to my de-cat pipes to make it sound better. Hoping to swap this weekend and will be posting pics etc in the for sale section next week...

Ive got a Kakimoto twin exit exhaust, still with the cats still in place. Its not loud whilst cruising and as this little vid shows, still makes a nice noise

Im not sure how quickly you want to change your exhaust, but i'll be selling it in a few months when i change it for some nice decats/down pipes and a Billy Boat exhaust.
