Just trying to get a rough idea of who is STILL attending, as the last list got a little hard to follow.

 

Mainly need to know because we are sorting out some goody bags etc and trying to plan the layout.

 

Please add names below, even if it is still just a "more than likely", as the previous list is a few months old now AND NO SPAM :rofl:

maybe about 7/8ish, depends on traffic, prob set off from sheff about 5ish

Many thanks Bri :) Its a real shame you can't make it but needs must and real life always comes before fun :) The weather looks like it couldn't be any better but when did they ever get that right lol. You'll have plenty of pictures to drool over anyway and I'll twist my arm and have a strongbow for you :D

There is an onsite shop although I'm not sure they're licensed :confused: There are however a few pubs on site BUT most are taking their own along with a coolbox ;) Foodwise there is a Tesco Extra (god I hate that company) just over a mile away so food and ice to keep the beer cold isn't far away ;) Get ur backside down there! We got a good bunch of folk who are more than welcoming whether a familiar face or a new one!!!! We got some spare places on the karting too ;)

Nah Coolbox two packs of ice cubes from supermarket booze in coolbox with the ice before you travel down and will stay ice cold all week end as the ice melts and the cans are covered in the iced water ( trust me I am an expert on this)

Also super market around corner and a on site store that sells booze and food also on site indian take away or eat in and a couple of resturants on site and a pub that does food within walking distance

guess ill c u there, have to dig the duke of edinbourgh tent out the attic and get myself to argos for an airbed and pump, and go asda for 48 cans of larger(the most important thing on the list).just one more question, do you park your car by your tent or in a car park like centerparks/festivals

With all the other tents and move your car next to it it is all on the same field

move your car, or just put it there from the first second you arrive???, the only reason im asking is im gonna park my car, put up my tent, then come and find you all and get shitfaced, the tent has to go up before the drinking or ill be sleeping in the front seat/boot of the zed.

you won't have far to go to find us all as its all in the same field

Just turn up and some of us will come and help you putting up the tent but pick your helpers carefully as some might not be in a fit state to help at 8PM;)

and also a big thanks to Steve 300zx and the club for letting us have 22 club calendars for the event

 

i picked these up today for you Saz, but i dont think there is 22 there, i'll count them tommorrow for you ;)

i wasn't planning on coming to this cos i dont know anybody but im starting to think that its prob gonna be a massive piss up and loads of fun, waht time does it all kick off on fri night, ill be coming after work fri from sheff.

 

yep also going after work on fri , could meet up an travel together if you want.by the way are we def sure theres enough spacers due to the hot weather and mad campers.
