My son bought a Lexus last month. The radiator went pop yesterday and it got very hot. It don't look like the head gasket has gone but its running rough as fook. I am going to renew the sparkers but does anyone know if the coil packs could be damaged from over heating?

The funny thing is that the TRC (traction control) light has come on along with the engine management light???

I have had the rad off and it is proper shagged.

I know it ain't a Z but its jap so somewhere along the line there must be similarities?

Thanks
