Just went to get a tyre then to the petrol station and some young lad on a motorbike just ran into the side of my car:cry::rant: to say I am not best pleased is an under statement!! He has admitted it was his fault so just ringing insurance to let them know. Dont think it will be a write of, so not too bad I hope...but still really pi**ed off. Will put some pics up soon:cry:

well... if it falls through make sure he suffers more than the zed is worth to repair. You know where he lives.

 

Dam bikers, honestly, should all be banned then they can crash on their own!

 

If the claim does go through i would take personal injury to the max, stick bike insurance up globally... They should be made to pay a special "scrape me of the road WHEN i crash" tax. Now the weather is nice again, all weekend and most nights the air ambulance roars up the valley with a spatula to peel them up from the front of a van or a 4x4 or whatever other object they have managed to find to try and become one with.

Let me just say, not all bikers are idiots. I have a fair few mates with bikes, and they are all sensible when road conditions dictate so.

Insurance not sorted yet, blaim not been admitted, but sorting it out ourselves cos could take forever, got our lawyer to confirm I could have it fixed and then send receipt to them;)Not heard nothing from police since replying to them. Got loads of pics for evidence etc to prove we were not in the wrong, so just wait and see

This claim still going on...meant to be at last stages now...court hopefully. Our lawyer has agreed that the bike was at fault so now gotta get our old insures to take the other side to court..:headvswal after they paid out incorrectly:confused:its now been 7mths:rolleyes: we are not being at fault and will fight it all the way:rant:

next stage court I think, we have a very good case ready....

get your solicicitor to summons the other driver directly.... worked a treat when I was hit in a car park. Lady backed out straight into me. Told her insurance I'd swerved into her and didn't return her insurance co documents to them. In the end sent a summons to her for the repair, the insures bit and my excess, the cost of the hire car I'd had and four trips from Aylesbury to brum to get it sorted.... Got a cheque back by return for the full amount !
