Unsure what to do. I've been umming and arring regarding going to the States for a few Z festivals this year.

 

I was originally going to Turkey with my girlfriend at the beginning of next month. Well, I've decided to knock it on the head with her due to me not being able to cope with her personal issues. I've decided I am not going to go to Turkey, even though I've paid for it.

 

ANYWAY, this has left me at a bit unsure as to what way I want to go. I now have the option of going to the big mid-west Z festival in Branson Missouri in the second week of May. So I'd go for Wednesday (fly to Fort Smith) till Sunday. Reasoning behind this is that I have the 'possibility' of driving one of the 3ZC moderator's cars (as he has a number of them) across state in a large convoy from Oklahoma to Missouri. Which should be fun. BUT, now that I am not going to Tunisia in August, I am now thinking about going to the Zcon in Cleveland (Ohio). To which I'd fly there, then take an internal flight and head off down to California again. I'd only be able to do this if I don't go to Branson as I'd be out of holiday time.

 

I can't decide what to do.

 

I might be going to JAE too time dependant!

My car ain't gonna be done by then. If it were June, I'd have the thing in the condition that I really want it. Don't even think my suspension will be on my Z008 and I'm picky about people looking at it when I know it's not right for me. Would rather hide it away in the garage! LOL

you do not have to go in a Zed Si, Its not about the cars its about the people, just like you would not be taking the Zed to the states!!

I'll think about it Sarah. It's not the same when you don't have your car with you. Even though I am going to the US...I can't take my car whereas I could take my car to Z008 if it was up to how I want it.

mine wont be finished either si, but im still going ;). get out there and meet a few more members mate. it dont matter if the cars finished or not, nobodys going to criticize you for it. ;)

Likewise, mine is beginning to look a bit tatty on the outside and in need of a respray:o but can't affiord to do till next yr :headvswal

Still, won't stop me from enjoying it this summer and attending Z008 and other events :D :cool:
