cracking day... weather was top notch gorgeous. good to meet some new faces and catch up with the familiar ones... glad we went for a few bevvies down the pub afterwards. good company, good meet.

 

i think the 'furthest travelled' award is a no brainer this time... we had a member of the LA Z club along to check out the uk zee scene ;)

Very useful day Mark; my car was a mess.. was running 1.5 bar, super rich... with a massive leaning out curve at high bhp do to a dying fuel pump.

 

2 hours worth of tweaking later, got to the bottom of a few primary issues. The Motec guy being there was god-sent....

 

Until fueling issues are sorted. running 1.1 bar = 400 at wheels. with a lot of torque and no lag to speak of. very safe map, fun and twitchy...

 

 

Once again they say 500 at the wheels with 1.4/1.5 bar achievable when fueling issues are sorted... but blah, blah, blah.. keep hearing it, not seeing it ;)

It was a cracking day......god I missed not taking the Zed, but there again the carpark at the Wheatsheaf was full. A really cracking do, well done Mark.

It was a really great day - thanks Mark for arranging it. It was good to meet some new folks as well as some of the old faces !! I think everyone was pretty pleased with their dyno results.
