Thought I would start here as today saw the 'offical' start of the Cossy conversion!

Done today,removed prop,tank,engine and cleaned the bay up a bit for painting.

I was hoping the Scorpio sender was going to fit my tank but no!-the sender resistance was wrong and the flange to big,so I came up with this 'hybrid'-my sender with the Scorp' pump fitted,sorted!

weheyyy thats two cossie conversions going on at the same time, we should have our own little forum LOL

lots of capris and cortinas turning up with the granada cosworth engine fitted at the ford shows your gonna surprise a few cars when thats done..

Well got the bay painted and after a lot of in and outs with the engine,she's finally in!!:hyper:

Well today I attempted the wiring!-don't look like I got much done but all day and managed to get starter,alternator,main earths etc in.

tomorrow I have just got to wire in the fuel pump relay and clip everything up,should have seen her running tomorrow but some dope forgot to order a fuel filter!:wack:
