Mine was on the passenger side of the engine, not above the oil filter as the manual said that I read.

Correct:D bolted next to the engine mount bracket...

Yep, its on Passenger side. Are you replacing the stock sender with an aftermarket one for your gauge or are you hoping to take a feed of the stock sender ?

really?..mine is right above the oil filter. Perhaps it´s a lefthand drive / righthand drive thing  Sorry Dean :(

Maybe? :)

On the filter head you will find a plug which when removed is 1/8 npt and will take extra switches also.

Are you saying you could run an additional switch alongside the stock one?

This is something I need to do just to make sure i really do have more than 0psi sometimes :mac1:

I already have the extra gauge and sender unit, I was just thinking what the neatest way of plumbing them in together was?

Do you have any pics of 2 sender units connected?

ATB :duffer:

Yes the filter housing will take a switch also.when fitting braided oil lines to cars ive had to relocate the stock switch to this position and lengthen the stock wiring along the crossmember to reach it.I will try and sort a pic out for you.
