Just let yours weather. It's not a desirable look, but if you want chrome window strips, just take the black off. Gives the car a very very dated look.

I don't know if I do this mod. But I want to see it for real so I can make a dicision!

I have black wheels with a polished dish so I want that the polish look come back at my car.

A customer of mine has a red 2+2 NA with de-blacked strips, chrome rimmed 6 spoke wheels with black centres - It looks STUNNING!!!! Feel free to give me some abuse but you WILL get it back :D
