I got one from 'ebay'...paid £1200 for similar spec etc to one above, took it to H Samuals to resize it and they valued it at 3.5k, they had nothing in the shop that could replace it :D The girls in the shop were mesmerised :nana2: Have a look, the shop was called 'Apexents' on ebay. A big Diamond thats all you need and she will be happy,lol. Not keen on Platinum myself buy hey its your choice and I am sure she will love it. But seriously tho, look at that shop he got some great rings easy to deal with too ;)

Also, a tip, look for clarity and colour, some may look nice and sparkly but read about it as it makes a difference ;)

Hi mate go to a good jeweller in Hatton Garden and get it made you will get a better quality diamond and an identical ring for the same price. Or the same quality for less!

 

I havent go the suffering yet but theres plenty of time! LoL

as a woman, inflicting the suffering is the best bit lol!!!

i owuldnt want such an expensive ring tbh, i would more than likely lose it and be constantly worried about it getting nicked/ damaged etc

Just a quick note, IF you do go for platinum, you will HAVE to have platinum wedding ring and eternity ring.

 

Platinum will eat away at any gold ring. Not 100% sure why, but i have seen the result of platinum and gold together and it does just eat away at the gold.

Platinum or White gold is I think a good choice, tends to also go with most accessories (Earings etc.) ;) What Kind of jewellery does she tend to wear everyday? Does she want a big rock and the traditional solitaire or something different-Best way to find out is by (looking for a neckless for your mum) and seeing what she fixes on.
