Unfortunately Shunter (Neil Randall) has had to stand down from his positions as Club Secretary and the TLO. His private life has to take priority and he feels at this moment in time he can’t give 100% commitment to the club. He will be staying in the Committee for the next few months in case his circumstances change and he is able to once again have time and dedication he had to help run the Club.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Neil for all the hard work that he has put in to help keep this great club going in the right direction and I am sure most of you agree that he will be a sad loss.

For those of you who don't know, I have had a pretty difficult last few months, and after a telephone conversation, and alot of deep thought, I have had to finally admit that at this particular juncture in my life, I have to re-priorotise my life.

 

I am certainly not leaving the forum, I love this place, but unfortunately I have been recently unable to fulfill the dedication that both the roles deserves.

 

I wish the guys taking on my past roles, the very best of luck, and if I can support them in any way I am only at the end of the phone.

 

Mac has asked me if I would be willing to stay on the committee for the time being, which I have agreed to, and appreciate the offer.

 

Once again, thanks for all your comments, it really is appreciated, and to be fair, isnt that what being part of this great forum is about?
