Im after some pics of aggressive wheel setups, trying to determine what offset I want for 8.5" fronts and 9.5 or 10" rears to get the wheels flush with arches, or even with rolled arches. Going to be running more negative camber so can get away with more....

Do you know the offset and width of your wheels ? if so please post pics

Im using a +35 offset 9" wheel with a 25mm bolt on on the front with a 6mm spacer as well which give it a offset of +4 .This is on the front with a 17"wheel with a 235x45 tyre.

Your going to need the rear toe arms Dave or you ware the inside of youe rear tyres of. I've been there and done that, It makes an awesome difference to the cornering stability theough. I was running -4 degrees negertive camber and -2.5 negertive camber up front.

Still have -1.5degrees front and -3degrees rears so as to clear arches on my Blue car. Fronts a 8.5J +25 off set and it fills the arches nicely. The rears are 10J with +35 off set. The rear arches have been rolled and and they just clear.

I'm running 18" front 9j +9 offset 225/35 tyres.. Car lowered 40mm.. They rub on the expansion bottle a bit on full lock, but not enough to worry about, no other arch issues, but am going get them rolled to be safe.. May even have a 10mm flare done at the same time, as there is a few mm wheel over-hang, but again nothing enough to worry about, and no handling issues apparent.. And boy they fill the arches :D It goes quite well with the wide arse.

Not taken any pics yet, as it's only a recent change.

Cheers guys. Getting a good idea now...could do with some pics though.

Im going to be buying every possible adjustable suspension arm ; front and rear to be able to adjust Camber, toe, castor and roll radius.

I found these on another forum :

Not sure on what widths are being used though.

I'm running 265/35 up front, 18x9. had +30 offset to clear R34 breaks,

now running +20 to clear the ksports but needed the arches rolled

Running 285/30 rear on 18x10, had the arches rolled already but need to get some spacers to get the put the offset around +30.

Yep, those rear wheels (above) look like the fronts did on mine when running 25mm spacers.

Another great example of the difference offset can make for future reference ...borrowed from MclarenF1kid on 3zc:

Before

18x9 Front +38 offset

18x10 Rear +38 offset

After

18x9 Front +18 offset (with some arch rolling)

18x10 Rear +38 offset

Sexy Works XD9 alloys and lowered on coilovers

That's what I aim to do on my car once I've finished with the suspension rebuild. Stance can make or break a car. Regarding Steven's (McLarenf1kid), his is made!
