discuss !!!!!

it went in to have the rims polished and a buckle straightened out...

the machine they used apparently couldnt get all the way into the rim because of the spokes... leaving muggins here to spend a few days with my autosol finishing the job off! not only that but where they disovered they couldnt get in far enough they have removed patches of paint on the spokes which i only noticed today :(

also, they straightened the buckle fair enough, however, where they 'tapped' on the inside of the rim to do this, they left big marks in the paint and indentations in the metal... did they tidy this up and re-protect... did they fook!

i am prolly being anal as these are very small areas of damage/paint removal but i am a perfectionist when it comes to these things and it annoys me when cowboy traders dont take the same sort of pride in your pride and joy as you do

rant over... at least i know the polishing is up to scratch... well... not quite the right word really... scratch.. but... erm... yeah... the polishing is good... bye

Know what you mean mate, so many people out there with no pride in their work :(

doesnt matter how picky you are mate they are there to please the customer which they obviously havent done ,,,,i'd go back and see them

already have done once to be told that if the polisher they use cant get in they always leave it!.. when i noticed that the paint on a couple of the spokes had been damaged i saw no point as they obviously arent really bothered... the best they will do is re-paint the spokes and judging by the quality of workmanship so far i wouldnt trust them, otherwise no doubt they will just dab a touchup stick on the area.
