Hi everyone,

 

Im getting really wound up know. I have owned my z for about 6 months and it is stunning par the drivers seat. So i brought one of ebay from Paul @ SWZ_Performance via ebay and sent the £80.00 inc postage as he requested around the 18th December 2007!!!

 

He sent me a mail saying thanks for the cheque and stated once it cleared he would send my seat on January 3rd.

 

Then time past and with every 3 messages i send he responds once with exscuses. The last being a man came to collect but the seat was to heavy???

 

So after about 30 messages and almost 2 months passing still nothing !!!

 

I sent the last message 10 days ago saying to just send me my money back but he never responded.

 

Any thoughts :wack:

If you want to do this via the forum then I suggest you subscribe and then you can PM him. This is an ebay issue NOT a 300zx.co.uk issue and Paul is no longer a registered trader on here (due to changes in the trading rules for garages, not due to his conduct).

 

I'm not making excuses for Paul but AFAIK he is moving premisses at the moment so maybe that is an explanation as to the lack of response.

 

Not taking sides but this isn't the place to vent your frustrations with a company unless you are 100% they are ripping you off, due to the legal implications with the forum admin...

nothing against you andy, but when somebody feels they have possible been ripped off, asking for more money to subscribe to the club seems a tad insensitive. As for SWZ they do not have a new address, just put SWZ in search and see what comes up.

I understand completely Marcus! However, the deal was done on Ebay and had nothing to do with the forum, if the guy wants to use the forum for his dispute then it should be done by PM only and the only way of doing that is by subscribing.

 

Like I've already said, I am NOT taking sides apart from protecting the forum from legal implications...

I cant see there being a communiation breakdown as its been 2 months and he has responded a few times with the usual crap! Anyway everyone just be aware.

Don't think Andy was being rude by anything he said, he's much more blunt than that if he was!! lol

well lets just hope Paul acknowledges this and a satisfactory resolution can be made!

He's 100% honest, but not the most organised especially right now and he has some pretty major personal and business changes going on, that I wont go into in the forum.

 

I will pass on the message for him to sort it.

Certainly wasn't being rude! I understand this may have been your last point of contact with Paul and there isn't a problem with that. However, if this turns into a slagging match, then the thread is only going to have one destination ;) I will PM Paul now and try to get a resolution to this for you. I hope you don't take my commments the wrong way but we need to keep this place free from legal threats etc....

Well I have had a similar problem with Paul, months ago now and I have given up on him. So theres two of us now. Shame.

hi guys brought a rear spoiler of him in september paid the money called no answer emailed no answer id just like to no whats going on,i dont think anyones slagging him off,if hes got probs fine just let people no so they dont jump to the wrong conclusions,i have only heard good things about the firm,ive got 2 300zs and the spoiler is for the car thats off the road so if i got a mail saying sorry m8 il sort it id be happy noing he hadnt left the country grin,just my opinion as long as people are just asking a question and not slagging off it should b put up for everyone to see because he might of been a crook and members would be getting ripped off and no one would no ,if ur reading this paul chill m8 we all have crap going on in our lives and u might be supprised how people will understand rgds jon

i bought a rear quad panel. out of respect as he was on the forum i PM'd him. a month has passed, he has replied once on ebay and to one PM however nothing yet materialised. i guess i like other have been ripped off.

My zed has been in paul's garage since July 2007 for an engine rebuild. :mad: His lack of communication can be quite frustrating. If you read this thread Paul, just let people know what is going on. :headvswal

I'm still waiting for a Sizeable refund from Paul for an item he could'nt get for me and it is unfortunate for me to say but he is the same with me, i get one reply to about every three PMs i send him with a further excuse.

 

Please don't get me wrong i can understand people have problems but i NEED that money back to make other arrangements for parts i need. And i'm not talking about a few quid so its not like i can buy the parts with other money, cos i don't have it!

 

Seriously Paul if you are reading this, i apologise for having to post in this thread but it really is beyond a joke now, its been nearly four months since i placed the order with you and i do not get the response and updates from you that i expect!

This may upset Paul what i'm about to say, but the way it looks to me, some of you guys wanna take legal action, ZXeyes if i was you i would've done this a long time ago, maybe with the threat of legal action it might make him realise that his customers are his braed and butter if you know what i mean. i'm sorry if this has upset anyone but its just my view on things.

I know what you are saying but if the guy has problems i don't wanna add to them. I just need this sorted asap, and then at least one of the problems is solved, i don't think its asking for much :)

i know what your saying its not asking a lot and i know he has problems as do we all, but its no excuse. it would probably take a night for him to reply to you all with an appoligy and an hour to send out, refund or do whatever he needs to do, its not a big job really.
