What water pipes are their at the back of the engine apart from the matrix ones ?

 

Anyone got a got pic of the rear of engine too ?

What water pipes are their at the back of the engine apart from the matrix ones ?

There are some that feed/return from the throttle body I think.

Main water pipes other than heater matrix are the turbo coolant feeds and the plenum heater system.

Best to do a plenum bybass so that eliminates any potential problems there once the engine is back in.

 

I had a history of leaks and have ended up replacing every hose, Radiator and Water Pump as everything failed one by one as each previous failure was replaced with new.

 

Cost a bloody fortune doing it that way especially when the water pump failed and it ended up in a main dealers and I had to get a hire car !
