i got a qoute off flux and it was a grand more than i'm payin now :shock:

Try chaucher, i just got my insurance from them last week, £168 for the year on a classic car policy. fully comp and low excess on theft and damage. i called round loads and that was the lowest quote by hundreds of pounds.

Surely you just mention forum membership after you've had a quote & then get your discount?? Or would the starting quotes be different?!

The reason we ask you to mention the forum is that if the policy gets taken out we know which forum you are a member of. Some forum's we need verification of your membership when accepting the policy and some we don't.

Could I get classic car insurance being 22yrs old?

I think its 30 or 35 mate but might be wrong.

if you have a clean licience and use it as a 2nd car you can have fully comp with an agreed value for £180. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats allowing 8000 miles annual and if you dont go over this you recieve £100 back at the end of the year!!!!!!!! so thats £80 per year fully comp and YES they do pay out. I have just had my cheque through.
