Yes, 710 BHP and torque 850 Nm/640 lbs .

umm. if youve got that power now, surely your engine internals are capable of more, so why the need for an engine builder ?, just curious as it dont make sense.

Well prize goes to you for most power on this forum haha. i havent been on this forum long so i wouldnt know but thats defo the most power ive seen on this forum.....

hmmmm im sure someone will pop up shortly..

Som far I am using original heads, valves and springs.

By going further, I need expertice what to change.

710 with original head and springs..... hmmmm

Good comment, the HP-limit is probably close, and I don`t sleep well.

So far 10.000 km (6000 miles) without any trouble.

Wheres Kirbz when you need him? :)

Thanks, I`ll contact him. :hyper:

I would deffo say go for some cams, ported and polished heads and bigger valves. What have you had done so far and where are the pics of this monster?

Ivan

from going on what many have said on here, stock internals would not last 2 minutes at nowhere near that power. some have spent a fortune like mac1 on engine upgrades and still not reached that.

Can't you find a motorsport tuner in Norway? Usually these type of people are the best to work on your engine because if they build successfull engines, win races etc, word gets around they are good.

He didn't say stock internals? (pistons, rods, etc) Just stock cylinder heads.

I`ve spent a fortune, but my engine builder is perhaps the best in Europe on turbo engines. He has built engines since late 70`s. Everything except the heads are changed. By opening up the engine after 10.000 km drive, there were clear indications that the valves had had a tough time. I am impressed that the heads manage this level, but it will not last.

Correct. All internals are changed.

Get him to change valve material then? New larger ones in inconel and larger valve seats to match?

Even the best engine builder would need trial and errors. This is terribly expencive for heads. There must be someone out there who has done this before......

theres quite a lot to choose from when it comes to doing the heads, as in cams ect. maybe jimmer, andyduff or mac1 may be able to direct you in the right direction.

spending money on internals dont mean the cars gona increase power. There is a good chance as they tend to displace less/more area or are just plain lighter. But its a but.

Excellent, thanks.

Perhaps a stupid question, but how do you insert pictures?
