Interior question......contrasting stitching on the door cards?

Ok, so I have charcoal bolsters with contrasting dove grey stitching to match the dove grey centres as per photo...

I am having the door cards clad in the leather, but in sections and double stitched so it looked more factory fit as I don't like the 'stretched' look at all.

Obviously this isn't mine as these are white, but I am undecided as to whether I want the black stitching on the dove grey leather to match the opposing contrast of the dove grey stitching on the black leather or whether to keep the stitching like this photo; ie, the same colour as the leather.

Kinda, the opposite to this?

Either will look good Si.......... ;)

But that's not the answer you want, is it :D

I think the contrasting look is best - it works on the seats and TBH emphasizing the stitching just adds to the whole quality of a fine leather interior.

I can't wait to see the results - as I said on another thread, the leather re-trim will make one of the best Zs here into the best IMO.......

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
