Very little!.... they are only light.

Ally was fetching £1 a kilo last time I went.

Not worth going tho unless you have 30Kg or more to weigh in.

i weighed in 4 18" alloys and didn't get more than £20. copper is the metal to weigh in

here are a few prices as of today, all prices are per metric tonne

 

dry bright copper wire (IE: clean) £3385

new copper tube £3235

ali/copper rads £1450

lead £800

 

 

prices vary quite a lot as theres different grades of copper,ali and brass.

No it's Nickel what you want to wiegh in :p £20k++ a tonne i think?

 

 

nickel at present is £14.5k :cry:

at close of play today nickel has dropped to £13.5k. was only in august it was at £29k. just shows how the market has dropped.
