I'm about to place a fairly large order with Cos in the States, and amongst other things I'm buying 2 Stillen Front Lips, one for JD's V8 and one for my new NA which, aside from this and a set of Volks Racing 18" wheels I've just bought, I'm going to be returning to it's former OEM glory days.

John's definately going for the Type III extension (always been a fan of the Type III stuff myself, even had the sideskirts until someone unceremoniously ripped them off  :( ) and up till today I was as well, however, after reading the polyurethane bumper thread (and the bumper options thread prior to that), I'm beginning to wonder about the GTZ lip.

So...does anyone have any more photos of both the Type III and the GTZ so I can try and make up my mind!?

Cheers,

Leigh.

ive got a migrain over this issue myself Leigh  seems like theres to much choice out there and gets you thinkin "do i or dont i"

You should keep your current bumper Bri. Can't understand why you want to ditch that for some of the ones you're seeing info on.

Yup, it's a tricky one. Thanks Si. Those are the ones I've been looking at so far. On the Type III ones the front on shot and the blurred motion image makes it a little bit difficult to really assess what it's like though. The high reflectivity of the black car also means the shape and detail is a bit camoflaged. If anyone has any others knocking about it would be appreciated :)

The Type III appears to have more of a lower splitter than I'd first imagined when looking at the small image on the Concept Z Performance page a few months ago which is a plus, but I do like the very pronounced splitter on the GTZ...hmmmm...

No you dont... :p

:headvswal :headvswal ime tea-total but ime getting the need for beer

Out of those two, the Type III does it for me.

Oh yes. Yes it does.

Thanks again Si, much clearer now. Type III, no contest. Trouble is, I've just shown it to my other half who I bought the car for (great Christmas gift...she gets a car, and I get the "thanks" and the lionshare of the driving :D ;) ) and although 99.9% of the time she bows to my better judgement on car matters, she's now decided she prefers the 99 spec front end. Aaaargh! Bloody women!! I am a little vexed to say the least.
