throttle springs may be warn or the plastic housing between the springs may be broken causing the spring to loose tension....

I have checked that black pipe and it was catching, pushed it back in. What is that and will i need to replace it to stopping it happenign again?

just make sure its plugged in and if it is coming out then cable tie it to keep it in for now anyway.

Thanks very much will be looking forward to being able to slow down now

Its crankcase breather..., best bet is to put some loctite on it and knock it back in gently with a hammer

cool will try that too thanks

Deffo tie wrap it to be sure though as Jimmy said :)
